We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, simply send it back within 30 days and we will refund the full cost of the item minus return shipping costs. Remember, any product you return must be unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on), with the original tags attached and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (eco-bag). Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank as often processing time is required before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to assist you.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you with your gift certificate.
If you wish to exchange an item for another size or color, return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will send you the replacement item. Returns will be processed within 7 business days.
